Warranty

Every Harbor Light Co. fixture is covered by a 1-year warranty, starting from the date your order is delivered. We stand behind the quality of our lighting, and if something goes wrong that isn't your fault, we'll make it right.

What's covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal household use, including:

  • Faulty wiring or electrical components on arrival
  • Defective sockets or fittings
  • Structural defects in the fixture itself
  • Finish or material faults caused during manufacturing

What's not covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Light bulbs, unless they arrived faulty
  • Damage caused by power surges or incorrect voltage
  • Products that have been modified or repaired by someone other than an authorised party

How to make a claim

If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty, contact our customer service team at support@harborlight-co.com within the 1-year period. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing the defect

Our team will review your claim and respond within 1 business day. Once approved, we will arrange a free replacement, or a refund if a replacement is not available.
