When can I expect to receive my order?

If you place your order before 22:00 (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (New York), we’ll begin processing it the same business day. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Total delivery to the United States, including processing and shipping, usually takes 6–10 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel’s progress at any time.

Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?

We currently deliver to the United States, with free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required. Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning there are no additional import fees or taxes upon delivery.

The estimated delivery time has been exceeded. What is the status of my order?

We apologise for any delays that may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as holidays, customs inspections, or high seasonal demand. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting our customer service team at support@harborlight-co.com for an update.

I would like to return an item. What do I do?

If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at support@harborlight-co.com within 30 days of delivery to start the return process.
Our team will review your request and provide you with detailed return instructions and the return address.

Returned items must be in their original condition — unused, undamaged, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within up to 10 business days and confirm by email.
